Cindy Unger has been a REALTOR® for over 8 years.  She represents buyers and sellers on a day to day basis. Treating her clients like family is her guiding principle. She is dedicated to listening intently and matching individuals and families with the properties, buildings, and neighborhoods that best suit their needs. Cindy understands her client’s needs and her goal is to build relationships that will last a lifetime. When orchestrating deals for her buyers and sellers, Cindy is assertive and effective. She is also skilled in negotiation and has the ability to work through complex situations. Her client dedication and love of helping others are what motivate her most.

Cindy graduated from Kansas State University in 2003 and moved to Garden City in 2005. Her and her husband Jeff own and operate Unger’s Heating and Air, a family owned HVAC business. Working within a family business, she understands the meaning of family. Plus it has helped her gain a more in depth understanding of property valuations in the area. When not assisting clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two teenage boys, spending time at the lake, playing games, traveling, and watching movies together.
